My client is one of the fastest growing and highly active Global Oil and Gas Consultancies. They urgently seek an experienced Flow Assurance Engineer to be based in Australia. You will be joining a strong and established team with vast experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
As Flow Assurance Engineer, you will play a key client-facing role which will be crucial in ensuring the Clients needs are fully satisfied, whilst demonstrating innovation in both business and technical aspects of the work. You will provide mentorship to less experienced engineers and lead small to medium process engineering studies acting as part of a multidisciplinary team. In addition, you will assist in preparing proposal documents and will actively explore opportunities for application of new technologies.
As the successful candidate you will be a Chartered Engineer, carrying a minimum of a B.S.c in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline. You will have a minimum of 8 years leading consultancy experience in the Upstream Offshore Oil and Gas industry primarily related to flow assurance engineering. In addition, you will have had experience working on projects globally and will be highly competent with the analysis software used by flow assurance engineers. You will have experience of offshore Greenfield developments, with the ability to lead important projects or complex assignments involving problem diagnosis or the development of innovative technical solutions.
