As Human Resources Director, the focus of the role is to prepare the organisation for significant growth in a new territory, both in terms of turnover and network expansion. .
As an individual whose experience at a Senior Human Resources level spans minimum 5 years, you will have proven your ability to successfully deliver HR business plans. You will optimise the performance of the department through your ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
The ideal candidate has considerable senior management experience in a retail environment, has a strong educational background in Human Resources or related subject. Knowledge and experience of the Russian market is a clear advantage, as is the ability to converse in Russian.
You may currently be a Human Resources Manager / Head of Human Resources / Human Resource Director within a multi-national retail business.
