|  | | Job Description | Daylight Resources , an established BI Recruitment specialist, is looking to expand their market coverage and penetration by working with an additional experienced recruitment consultant in an associate capacity. This opportunity would suit an experienced, self-motivated and highly ethical recruitment professional who is capable of managing and developing their own clients and candidates, and who would like to achieve a better work/life balance than can be achieved in the typical agency environment. You will be home office based and able to fully self motivate in an environment where there is no office politics, commuting or sales targets! You will be expecting to generate revenue in excess of £100k+ and retain more than 45% of your gross billings. Any exposure to recruiting positions using Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy, SAS, Microsoft BI, Oracle BI, or CPM/EPM platforms will be highly regarded, as would any direct experience of working in IT.
