Health and Safety Administrator - Liverpool – £20,000 We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our client’s growing team in South Liverpool. Our client is an award winning Health & Safety Management consultancy business supporting a wide range of industries across the UK; providing compliancy advice, health and safety training and hands on support. Due to their continued growth, a need has arisen for an additional experienced administrator to support their team. The role is very varied and would suit an individual that is motivated by multi-tasking and having a broad range of activities from general admin to upselling to new and existing clients. The role: Consultancy co-ordination: • Receive work and issue to advisor • Manage advisor diaries dependant on work received and planned works • Quality Control • Upload to SafetyMate and issue to client New client set up: • New client administration and issue initial work to advisor Training dept: • Maintain training diary • Maintain current cost and pricing lists • Plan and organise training courses for either in-house or sending delegates to other courses • Instructions, confirmations and joining instructions to delegates and trainers • Maintenance of eLearning Testing and Surveying: • Instructions, confirmations and joining instructions to subcontractors • Turnaround of work, upload to SafetyMate and issue to clients Sales Skills • An ability to upsell services to clients If you’re ready for your next challenge and meet the above criteria then we’d love to hear from you!
