This is an excellent opportunity for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER who is keen to join a successful firm of construction consultants in their MANCHESTER office to run your own projects.

You will have the opportunity of working on a range of projects representing the client across a range of commercial projects.

Great prospects for someone ideally MRICS qualified.


The client is a large firm of construction consultants with offices in the U.K. and abroad.

They work on project management and cost management across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, retail, hospitality, infrastructure and more.


My client is now seeking a Senior Project Manager to work based from their Manchester office with visits for meetings, to site, consultants offices as required in the U.K.

You will need to have a Degree or Diploma in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Architecture or Civil / Structural Engineering or similar and ideally you will be MRICS qualified.

You should have gained around five years or more experience in Project Management in the construction industry and you will have worked for another firm of consultants, end user client or developer.

You will need to have excellent organisation and client facing skills along with being highly computer literate.

You should be able to run your own projects valued of around £1m or more. Projects are a mix of commercial developments.

A U.K. driving licence and your own vehicle is preferred.
