Motor Trade Service Advisor

Service Advisor required in Bolton

Salary: £20,000 + bonus - OTE £27,000
7.45 - 5.30 Mon - Fri
Every other Saturday Morning

We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor on behalf of our Client, a busy franchised dealership based in Bolton.

The successful candidate must have experience within a Service Advisor role in a franchised dealership.

Experience of working with Kerridge is highly beneficial and a valid UK driving licence is essential.

Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner are also essential.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Booking customers' vehicles in for Service, MOT or repair
Advising on any work required along with any additional costs
Arranging collection/delivery of cars and providing courtesy cars where necessary
Invoicing and taking payments
