BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
NORTH WEST UK
A leading UK accommodation and MICE specialist is looking for a Business Development Manager to look after the region and grow revenue and profit margins through new business sales.
In this role you will be generating new leads and booking face-to-face meetings with prospective clients. Presenting proposals to close deals. You will develop relationships with key decision makers by using your natural sales and rapport building skills.
You will need:
• A MICE, Corporate Accommodation or Business Travel background
• Track record of prospecting and winning new business
• Experience in a B2B sales environment
• Self-motivated and determination for top results
• Excellent organisational skills, making sure all activity past, present and future is well documented in the CRM tool
• Enthusiastic and positive
You will be rewarded with a great basic salary and commission scheme, plus car allowance, healthcare and personal pension.
