I am now seeking a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR from a PQS background to join a large multi disciplinary firm of consultants in their MANCHESTER office.

A background working for another UK firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants is essential.

You will be involved in pre and post contract work including doing cost planning, value management, feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, lifecycle costing, tendering, valuations, dispute resolution and cost estimating etc.

You will be either MRICS or approaching taking the APC.


My client is a successful firm of construction consultants mainly providing quantity surveying, employers agent, project management, civil / structural engineering etc. to a good range of clients in the private and public sectors.


You will be a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR who has a Degree, Masters or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar and you will ideally be RICS qualified or approaching taking the APC to become RICS qualified.

You will work as a Senior Project Surveyor and be able to run your own projects and have good client facing skills as you will be seconded in to client offices.

You will need to have good pre and post contract experience.

You should have worked for another firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants.

You will have worked on a variety of projects across a number of sectors.

My client will pay in the region of £45000 to £55000 per annum plus car allowance, pension and benefits.
