* Company Union
* Daily Tasks
* Department 5S
* Department Strategy and KPI’S
* Document Control
* Department Dojo Training
* Certified Training

Essential Criteria:

* CIPD Level 5 as a minimum with at least 2 years working at that level
* Excellent time management with a meticulous eye for detail
* Ability to use initiative with drive to influence and implement change.
* Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
* Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
* Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook and working with a variety of HR systems
* Driving Licence - some travel may be involved

Desirable Criteria:

* Worked within a unionised environment
* Excel - Formulas and Pivot Tables
* Word - Mail merge experience
