My client is a consumer payments company founded in 1995. They are a market leader within the UK and are looking to recruit a dialler manager for its operation in Stockport

My client requires an experienced Dialler Manager to take responsibility for our outbound dialling and inbound call functions. The right candidate will have experience in working with diallers and building the functionality to deliver a clear outbound strategy. A significant advantage will be with someone who has knowledge of the Storm / Vodafone platform.

Primary responsibilities of the dialler manager

* Work with our supplier to build the functionality of the dialler executing both inbound, outbound and blended campaigns
* Work with supplier of our dialler software to ensure complete optimisation of dialler function as well as best use of data provided.
* Deliver effective dialling strategies to enhance the success of multiple outbound campaigns
* To provide accurate dialler analysis and MI, making recommendations for optimising KPIs and enhancing campaign success. Build your own MI to back up results
* Ensure that this MI is accurate and timely – and is understood by all stakeholders
* Advising senior management on best strategies to maximise use of the dialler and lists available
* Liaise with colleagues in IT to ensure correct selection of key data and creation of dialling lists for outbound campaigns
* Analyse the quality and quantity of data available to us across campaigns, planning monthly calling patterns appropriately and correct level of resource
* To deliver effective dialling strategies to enhance the success of multiple outbound campaigns
* Optimise resource and KPI achievement through monitoring and managing real-time adherence
* To drive increased conversions and productivity through use of the dialler system and associated tools and software
* Identify possible needs for improvement in processes, learning and systems and refer them to senior management
* Be the key contact and liaison point for the supplier of our dialler technology.
* Build professional relationships with peers, colleagues and internal customers across the entire business to deliver and exceed targets – both personal and team
* Demonstrate high standards of personal performance
* Demonstrate the ability to change focus quickly to support the needs of the business – including covering for other roles where required – displaying energy and commitment in all you do
* Build and route IVR’s

Skills & Qualifications for the dialler manager

* Database structures
* Querying databases
* Experience of Storm platform – desirable
* SSRS reporting - desirable
* Inbound call management
* IVR’s

To be considered for the dialler manager opportunity you will need proven experience working as a Dialler Manager working with outbound/inbound teams or departments. You will also want to work on your own initiative to drive better dialler performance and help consult, support and lead the business with regards to dialler and data strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00 to £40,000.00 /year + up to 20% bonus
